Cancellation Policy / Terms and Conditions
An administration fee of $25.00 will be retained on all cancellations. The balance will be refunded except if less than 72 hrs notice of check in time and the unit cannot be re-let during off peak season or 7 days notice during peak season (school holidays, public holidays, long weekends and Christmas period).
Failing to give notice or non-arrival will attract a Penalty Fee equivalent to the total amount of the booking.
All units are strictly NON-smoking. A cleaning charge of $100.00 will automatically apply if this policy is not adhered to. All loss or damage to items in the units and replacement/repairs costs may be debited to the guest.
